Gold Fountain Geode Award w/ Marble Base

A fume of 24kt gold powder is applied to the first gather of molten glass that erupts from the center of this design. A second gather of clear glass is applied over the gold fountain and a translucent blue veil is fumed onto the second gather. A hollow air space is inserted into the center of both fountains for viewing interest then the design is finished with a casing of clear glass. The price of gold has priced these designs out of the market so we are no longer making them. 2.75" W x 7.5" H
