Our Boulevard Banners are designed specifically to withstand the elements. The base is made from rust free cast aluminum with 30" wind-flexing ¾" fiberglass arms. The cast aluminum base and stainless steel bands will not rust, and the unique design means these brackets will fit square, round, or multi-sided street poles. All printing is done via digital, on heavy duty double sided 13 Oz. vinyl that is reinforced to withstand substantial wind pressure. 24" W x 60" H
