If your design has a lot of detail or small lettering that you want to pop, choose Woven Patches to achieve a clean, crisp, graphic style. Woven patches are created with thinner threads than embroidered patches. Also, no drag stitching is used between letters on a woven patch. When your design is turned into a woven patch, the threads are stitched continuously for a highly detailed outcome. Complies with ASTM, Prop 65. 2.5" L x 2.5" W x 0.1" H
