Signs are made of a durable aluminum composite material, (a polyethylene core laminated with two .08 aluminum panels). Water bases weight 30 lbs. when filled with water. Add anti-freeze to water for use in sub freezing temperatures. Indoor or outdoor use. Swing signs are easily moved just till and go. Let the wheels do the work. 20" W x 30" H
